PhD thesis defense Ivana Kundačina

We are delighted to announce that Ivana Kundačina successfully defended her doctoral thesis titled “Development and Implementation of New Sensor and Biosensor Solutions Integrated into Lab-on-Chip Concept” on March 11th at Faculty of Science, University of Novi Sad, under the mentorship of our PI Dr. Vasa Radonić. As an integral member of our MicroLabAptaSens project team, Ivana’s contributions have been invaluable, significantly advancing our progress towards developing innovative low-cost sensing devices for detecting key foodborne bacteria and fabricating validated microfluidic Lab-on-a-Chip tests, thereby enhancing our capabilities in the multidisciplinary fields crucial to cutting-edge research. Ivana’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence have been evident throughout her PhD studies, culminating in this significant achievement.
